Stage roof is ripped away |
|
Most of the stage roof was torn away. The stage is at the northern end of the building. Steel cladding was ripped off the side of the building and roof supports were twisted. |

Carnage on-stage |
|
This image shows how curtains were ripped apart, lights and other hung elements were torn down and the stage effectively rendered unusable. |

The Prospect Playhouse stage floor constructed of ply mounted over foam padding and therefore wonderful for dance was critically damaged and will have to be entirely replaced. |

Auditorium or pandemonium |
|
This image shows the auditorium as it was left by our costly visitor, Ivan. Note that all of the ceiling tiles came down, followed by some of the ceiling tile supports. We have been able to save many chairs and tables. |

Temporary wall and roof |

A tarpaulin wall and roof was erected to cover usable stage area so that small productions could continue, bringing in badly needed revenue. |
